Payment Methods — Joyful Life accepts payments via Visa, Master, AMEX and PayNow. All transactions are processed securely.
Order Confirmation — Orders will only be processed upon successful payment. If payment is not received, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
Non-Refundable Payment — All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Transaction Verification — For PayNow transfers, please quote your Order ID as a reference and retain a screenshot of the completed payment. If verification is required, you may be asked to provide proof of payment.
Processing Time — Payments may take up to 3 business days to be verified. Your order will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Failed or Declined Payments — If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds and that all payment details are entered correctly.
Changes and Cancellations — Once an order is placed and payment is made, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
